This section lets you You can submit a request for a holiday to your manager. After you submit the request the system will send an email to your manager, notifying them of the request. How to get here 1. Login to the system. 2. Click the 'Holiday' link. How it Works 1. Check holiday availability. 2. Check the dates you want to go on holiday. 3. Fill in the form with the dates and number of days. 4. Click submit. Notes The number of days should be the number of holidays you will be taking, this will exclude days you are not due to work, and other scheduled absence. |

Cause: You already have an absence from work on that day, or you have an outstanding booking for that date Solution: Change the date to another day or Ask your manager to delete the booking causing the conflict, if it is no longer required |

Question:
I submitted a holiday request and now I don't want to take the holiday ? Answer: Contact your manager and ask them to deny the request in the Manager Staff Requests section. This will delete the request and it will be removed from the Outstanding Holiday Request List. |
